Rochester Recruitment was founded by Construction professionals with the aim to provide a recruitment service that offers something more than a cliché sales pitch and a generic scripted phone-call that has become widespread within the recruitment profession. With thousands of companies providing recruitment services, and our personal daily communications with recruiters, it was clear to us that there was a gap in the market for a recruitment agency that really understands the sectors that we recruit for, without the pressure to meet sales targets with only commissions and fees in mind.

With many years of experience in the Construction & Civil Engineering sectors we have all the knowledge and understanding to provide high quality candidates on a local and national level across the UK. Expanding on this knowledge, we also offer our services to the continuously growing logistics industry, where we provide temporary & permanent staffing solutions as part of our core business.

Based in Rochester, Kent we are conveniently placed to get out of the office and meet our clients and candidates face to face across Kent, London & the South East, which allows us to build solid and lasting relationships with client and candidates alike. We feel this approach where possible helps us to understand the needs of our clients and what our candidates value the most.
